As a family business our reputation is important to us and although things do go wrong from time to time, I will work very hard to fix any issues. I learned long ago that a customer who has something go wrong with a product or service, is 10 times more likely to refer us to other people than if nothing went wrong at all. As long as we fix the issue in a very timely fashion and in a way that exceeds the expectations of the customer.

This Guarantee is for the life of your house and applies to the recommended cellulose fibre insulation only. Other batt products are only covered by our service guarantee for obvious reasons. In 1000's of jobs we have never had anyone who had a product fault with the cellulose fibre insulation, it will most likely out last your house.

Why don't the Batt companies give a Live of house guarantee ? Since I started in this industry in 1986 I have never seen anyone have a house insulated with Quality Cellulose fibre that has ever needed to use our Guarantee. Why ? well it is the only insulation on the market that is not constantly attacked by Rodents and other insects. Cellulose fibre is also the only insulation that can actually help to stop a fire spreading though your home and has been shown time and again to save houses in a fire.
